Job Title: Retail Sales AssociateWe are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Retail Sales Associate. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Service: Greet customers, discuss their needs, and provide advice on products and services.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on product information, features, and benefits.
- Sales: Meet or exceed sales targets, maintain accurate sales records, and contribute to inventory control.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals, maintain a positive and supportive team environment.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: Will train.
- Personal Qualities: Adaptability, collaborative, efficient, energetic, goal-oriented, hardworking, integrity, outgoing, positive attitude, proactive, quick learner, time management, dependability, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, organized, reliability, team player, excellent oral communication.
This is a permanent position with a variable schedule of 13 to 24 hours per week. The work language is English.
