About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Retail Sales Associate at Marshalls. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner, providing assistance with finding products and answering questions about merchandise, prices, and promotions.
  • Process daily shipments, organize, and set up the warehouse area, ensuring all merchandise is received, processed, and presented in a visually appealing manner.
  • Process refunds, exchanges, and purchases in accordance with company guidelines, demonstrating a high level of customer service and attention to detail.
  • Assist with Fitting Room duties, ensuring the counter area is clean, organized, and well-stocked with necessary supplies.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and inventory management to maintain a well-organized and attractive store environment.

Requirements

  • High school education or equivalent work experience.
  • Excellent customer service, communication (verbal and written), and time management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
