Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in finding the perfect clothing items, providing expert advice and recommendations to meet their needs.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and returns.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge, staying up-to-date on new arrivals, promotions, and sales.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and provide a positive in-store experience.
- Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging and inviting shopping environment.
Requirements:
- Previous retail sales experience, preferably in a clothing or fashion-related industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to lift 50lbs as required, and stand for long periods of time.
- Adaptable, organized, and efficient, with a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
- Results-oriented and proactive, with a focus on meeting sales targets and achieving business objectives.
