Job Summary

Burma Star Inc. is seeking a skilled Pastry Cook Helper to join our team in a bakery setting. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and production of baked goods.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the preparation of ingredients and mixing of dough
  • Operate machinery and equipment to produce baked goods
  • Monitor and maintain quality control standards
  • Collaborate with process control and machine operators to ensure efficient production
  • Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks to maintain a safe and healthy work environment
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a bakery or food production setting
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain quality control standards
  • Ability to lift up to 20 lbs and stand for long periods
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
