Job Title: Assistant Pastry Chef

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Assistant Pastry Chef to join our team at Rashmi's Bakery. As a key member of our bakery team, you will be responsible for preparing and decorating a variety of pastries and desserts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Preparation and Decoration: Prepare dough, batters, icings, and frostings for a range of sweet and savory pastries and desserts.
  • Baking and Production: Bake various pastries and desserts to meet customer demand and maintain high-quality standards.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by accommodating special orders and dietary restrictions.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with our bakery team to ensure efficient production and high-quality products.
Requirements:
  • Attention to Detail: Demonstrate attention to detail and a commitment to quality in all aspects of your work.
  • Color Recognition: Possess the ability to distinguish between colors and maintain accurate color standards.
