Key Responsibilities:- Engage with leads provided by Zensurance to convert insurance inquiries into clients.
- Assess the requirements of prospective clients and recommend appropriate coverage options.
- Provide ongoing support from initial quote to final sale, ensuring a smooth client experience.
- Exhibit expertise in insurance offerings and guide clients through policy specifics.
- Collaborate with external partners such as underwriters and insurance providers.
- Work collaboratively with the team to meet collective objectives and provide regular progress updates.
- Identify and implement process enhancements to improve customer satisfaction.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Provincial insurance license is mandatory; an active RIBO license is preferred.
- 1-5 years of experience in insurance sales; a background in commercial lines is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills to convey complex information clearly.
- Enthusiastic about sales and customer service with a strong drive to achieve targets.
- Detail-oriented with the capability to manage multiple clients efficiently.
- Well-organized with strong prioritization abilities.
