  • Work Experience: A minimum of 7 months to under 1 year of experience in a related field is necessary.
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Develop and implement efficient methods to meet work schedules and ensure seamless operations.
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food preparation staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a high level of quality and compliance.
    • Estimate ingredient and supply needs to optimize inventory management and minimize waste.
    • Ensure that food and service quality standards are consistently met, exceeding customer expectations.
    • Prepare and submit detailed budget and cost estimates to inform business decisions.
    • Handle customer concerns and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform business strategies.
    • Prepare and submit regular reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
    • Prepare food order summaries for the chef, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
    • Develop and implement effective work schedules to meet business needs and ensure adequate staffing.
  • Job Type: This is a permanent position within the company.
  • Language: English is the primary language of communication in this role.
  • Work Hours: The successful candidate will work 37.5 hours per week, with a regular schedule to be determined.
