Job Title: Truck Driver

Roomy Logistics is seeking a skilled Truck Driver to join our team. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for safely transporting goods and materials across various routes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate and drive straight or articulated trucks to transport goods and materials.
  • Plan or adjust routes based on changing conditions to minimize fuel consumption and carbon emissions.
  • Load and unload goods, and oversee the condition of the vehicle.
  • Perform pre-trip, en route, and post-trip inspections, and oversee all aspects of vehicle maintenance.
  • Coach colleagues on new methods or work techniques.
  • Obtain special permits and other documents required to transport cargo on international routes.
Requirements:
  • AZ class license and Class 1/1F/A Licence (semi trailer trucks).
  • Criminal record check.
  • Attention to detail, flexibility, judgement, organized, and reliability.
  • Will train.
Work Environment:

35 hours per week, with a focus on safety and security of cargo.

Language:

English.
