As a Business Systems Analyst at OSCO Group Services Limited, your primary responsibility will be to design and manage interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI to deliver critical insights for strategic decision-making. You will play a key role in converting raw data into intuitive visual formats, ensuring the precision of data, and working closely with stakeholders to improve data management practices. Additionally, you will support the transition to new technologies and engage in initiatives aimed at enhancing operational processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and oversee Power BI dashboards and reports to facilitate informed decision-making
  • Interpret business needs and translate them into technical requirements
  • Engage with stakeholders to determine data management requirements
  • Guarantee the accuracy and reliability of data
  • Support technology transitions
  • Contribute to process optimization and documentation efforts
  • Utilize tools such as SQL Server Integration Services, AWS, and SQL Server

Technical Qualifications:

  • Post-secondary education in Business or Information Technology
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a related position
  • Expertise in Power BI and Microsoft BI tools
  • Understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and SQL
  • Experience with DAX for measure creation in Power BI

  • Ability to analyze data to generate reports from raw datasets
  • Strong analytical capabilities to decipher complex data
  • Proficiency in writing advanced queries and conducting thorough analyses
  • Meticulous attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
