Job Title: Manager of Civil Engineering

We are seeking an experienced Manager of Civil Engineering to join our team. As a key member of our infrastructure development team, you will be responsible for leading the planning, design, and construction of telecommunications towers across Canada.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the planning, design, and construction of telecommunications towers, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Review and validate design iterations, ensuring that they meet our quality and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including real estate and project management, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Manage multiple complex build projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including plans, schedules, and budgets.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in civil engineering, with a focus on telecommunications infrastructure.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in CAD, Digital Twin, and other modern engineering and project management tools.
