Key Responsibilities- Co-ordination and Scheduling: Co-ordinate work activities with other departments to ensure efficient production and meet deadlines.
- Method Establishment: Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure that production targets are met.
- Work Supervision: Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of workers to ensure that tasks are completed efficiently.
- Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, safety procedures and company policies to ensure that they are equipped to perform their roles effectively.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare production and other reports to analyse performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Materials and Equipment: Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies as needed to support production.
- Quality Control: Recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality to ensure that our products meet the highest standards.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
