Mold Repair Technician

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Mold Repair Technician to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining the integrity and functionality of our molds, ensuring high-quality production output.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Execute precise mill and lathe operations, encompassing modifications and repairs to mold equipment and fixtures.
  • Conduct bench operations such as blending, shaping, and implementing necessary corrections to ensure optimal mold performance.
  • Implement changes to molds based on customer specifications and requirements, guaranteeing adherence to design parameters.

Qualifications:

  • Possess a High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Hold a valid Tool and Die Maker License 430A.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in utilizing precision measuring devices for accurate mold assessments and adjustments.
  • Exhibit strong machinist skills in both lathes and mills, ensuring precise and efficient mold repairs.
  • Possess the ability to interpret and comprehend blueprints, facilitating accurate mold modifications.
  • Have experience in welding and metal fabrication techniques, essential for comprehensive mold repair solutions.
  • Prior experience in mold repair is highly desirable, showcasing your expertise in this specialized field.
  • Be flexible and available to work overtime and various shifts as needed to meet production demands.

Compensation:

$40.37 per hour
