Produce Department Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Produce Department Supervisor to join our team at Persia Foods. As a key member of our store operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our produce department.
Key Responsibilities- Establish Work Schedules
Develop and implement efficient work schedules to ensure optimal productivity and customer satisfaction.
Resolve IssuesAddress customer complaints, supply shortages, and other issues that may arise in a timely and professional manner.
Inventory ManagementOrganize and maintain accurate inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
Visual MerchandisingEnsure that shelves and display areas are well-stocked and visually appealing to customers.
Safety and ComplianceEnsure adherence to all safety regulations and company policies.
Supervision- Team Size
Supervise a team of 3-4 employees.
Work TermPermanent position.
Work LanguageEnglish.
Hours35-40 hours per week.
