Municipal Group of Companies is a leading organization in the construction sector, seeking an Automotive Mechanic.

Position Overview:

The successful candidate will be responsible for the thorough inspection and repair of various vehicles, machinery, and light trucks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct maintenance and repairs on transport vehicles
  • Document all work performed
  • Identify and rectify mechanical issues
  • Modify, repair, or replace components of transport vehicles
  • Carry out scheduled maintenance tasks
  • Test and calibrate systems to meet specifications
  • Maintain a safe working environment

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Interprovincial Red Seal Mechanic Certification is mandatory
  • Truck and Transport Mechanic Red Seal Endorsement is preferred
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience is advantageous
  • Possession of a Class 3 Driver's License
  • Experience with air conditioning systems is a plus
  • Strong teamwork and attention to detail are essential
  • Excellent communication skills are required
