- Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including inventory management, cash handling, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
- Training and Development: Provide training and coaching to food service staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to perform their roles effectively.
- Performance Management: Monitor and manage the performance of food service staff, providing feedback and coaching to improve performance and achieve sales targets.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service or retail environment.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Work under pressure, standing for long periods, and lifting up to 25 pounds.
- Personal Suitability: Client focus, excellent oral communication, team player, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
