Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Project Manager to join our team at Bartle & Gibson. As a key member of our sales and operations team, you will be responsible for managing electrical projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage electrical projects, including quoting, ordering, and delivery
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and manufacturers
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring timely resolution of issues and concerns
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and grow existing accounts
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge to provide expert advice to customers
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and reports, including project timelines and customer interactions
Requirements
  • Minimum grade 12 education required
  • Minimum of two years' sales experience, preferably in electrical sales or a related field
  • Post-secondary courses in Electrical preferred
  • Strong knowledge of the electrical industry, including lighting, wiring devices, distribution, and motor control
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with strong organizational and time management skills
