Project Management – Electrical

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Project Manager to join our team at Bartle & Gibson. As an Electrical Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing electrical projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage electrical projects, including planning, coordination, and execution
  • Work with vendors, manufacturers, and the outside sales team to ensure timely delivery of project materials
  • Develop and maintain positive customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction with order taking, product, pricing, deliveries, and overall service
  • Enter orders into the system, source materials for customers when currently not in stock, and maintain knowledge base on current products and new products
  • Provide product information, pricing quotations, and follow-up on quotes
  • Support Counter Sales and handle returns as required
  • Work closely with others to ensure customer needs are met
Requirements:
  • Minimum grade 12 education required
  • Candidates should possess a minimum of two years' sales experience (counter sales, inside sales or outside sales) required
  • Post-Secondary courses in Electrical preferred
  • Skilled in serving and negotiating with institutional and industrial purchasers, electrical contractors, and the public
  • Knowledge of the electrical industry or a background in electrical products would be considered an asset, including - lighting, wiring devices, distribution, and motor control
