Essential Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience managing significant software launches in the fields of ADAS, autonomous vehicles, automotive technology, or similar sectors.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience in leading initiatives with both technical and non-technical teams.
  • Strong background in project management, with hands-on experience in Agile and Waterfall methodologies, applied effectively based on project needs.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority, promoting teamwork and collaboration.
  • Exemplary leadership skills in guiding cross-functional teams across various time zones and cultural backgrounds to achieve objectives efficiently.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Outstanding presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with in-vehicle map data updates via over-the-air technology.
  • Agile certifications.
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA).
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
  • Experience with administration and configuration of project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.

The compensation details provided are estimates based on potential earnings for successful candidates, in compliance with applicable state regulations. Actual salaries may vary based on various factors relevant to the position.

  • The salary range for this position is between $110,200 and $176,100. The specific base salary offered will depend on individual qualifications and experience.

An incentive compensation program is available, which rewards employees based on company performance, job level, and individual contributions.
