Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead major software releases in the ADAS, AV, automotive, or related fields with 5+ years of experience.
  • Oversee projects with technical and non-technical teams, ensuring effective collaboration and communication.
  • Develop and implement project management strategies, leveraging Agile and Waterfall methodologies as needed.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, driving business growth and success.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals, promoting a culture of inclusivity and respect.
  • Ensure timely and within-budget project delivery, maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including team members, customers, and vendors.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in In-vehicle Map Data over the air update.
  • Agile Certifications.
  • MBA.
  • PMP Certification.
  • Experience administrating and configuring Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.

Compensation and Benefits:

The compensation information is a good faith estimate only. It is based on what a successful applicant might be paid in accordance with applicable state laws. The compensation may not be representative for positions located outside of New York, Colorado, California, or Washington.

The salary range for this role is $110,200 and $176,100. The actual base salary a successful candidate will be offered within this range will vary based on factors relevant to the position.

An incentive pay program offers payouts based on company performance, job level, and individual performance.
