- Foster collaboration and influence without direct authority, driving cross-functional teams to achieve goals.
- Motivate team members across different time zones and backgrounds to achieve results effectively and efficiently.
- Develop and maintain strong written and verbal communication skills, with excellent presentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in In-vehicle Map Data over the air update.
- Agile Certifications.
- MBA.
- PMP Certification.
- Experience administrating and configuring Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
Compensation Information:
The compensation information is a good faith estimate only, based on applicable state laws. The actual base salary may vary within the range of $110,200 to $176,100, depending on factors relevant to the position.
An incentive pay program offers payouts based on company performance, job level, and individual performance.
