Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee major software releases in the ADAS, AV, automotive, or related industries with 5+ years of experience.
  • Lead projects with technical and non-technical teams, utilizing Agile and Waterfall methodologies as needed.
  • Foster collaboration and influence without direct authority, driving cross-functional teams to achieve goals.
  • Motivate team members across different time zones and backgrounds to achieve results effectively and efficiently.
  • Develop and maintain strong written and verbal communication skills, with excellent presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in In-vehicle Map Data over the air update.
  • Agile Certifications.
  • MBA.
  • PMP Certification.
  • Experience administrating and configuring Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.

Compensation Information:

The compensation information is a good faith estimate only, based on applicable state laws. The actual base salary may vary within the range of $110,200 to $176,100, depending on factors relevant to the position.

An incentive pay program offers payouts based on company performance, job level, and individual performance.
