Job Title: Motor Vehicle Supervisor

Davidson Contract Services is seeking a highly skilled Motor Vehicle Supervisor to join our team. As a Motor Vehicle Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of our fleet of trucks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise a team of mechanics and technicians to ensure timely and efficient completion of maintenance and repair tasks.
  • Coordinate and schedule activities to ensure maximum productivity and minimize downtime.
  • Train or arrange for training to ensure team members have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
  • Estimate costs and materials for maintenance and repair projects.
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed and maintain a safe working environment.
Requirements:
  • Education: Other trades certificate or diploma.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Physically demanding work environment.
