About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation Specialist to join our team at Seequent Limited. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will play a critical role in developing and improving our compensation policies, programs, and solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct research and analysis to inform compensation decisions, leveraging industry best practices and market trends.
  • Collaborate with Human Resources and Business leaders to provide strategic advice on compensation-related matters, including recruitment and talent management.
  • Validate compensation data and provide process documentation support to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Participate in the implementation of Human Capital Management (HCM) projects as required.
Requirements
  • Strong technical expertise in North American compensation and executive compensation practices, with global compensation experience preferred.
  • Excellent computer skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, SAP Success Factors, and Workday compensation modules.
  • Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
