As a key member of our team at Broadstreet Properties Ltd., you will play a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our residential communities. We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Cleaner - Hillside Walk Apartments.

**Responsibilities**

  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of common areas, including entrances, hallways, and amenities.
  • Perform thorough cleaning of appliances, walls, carpets, blinds, windows, baseboards, lighting, bathroom, and cupboards on a monthly basis.
  • Assist with pre-move out and annual inspections to provide cleaning estimates and ensure a smooth transition for our residents.
  • Support the general maintenance of the building's exterior, including groundskeeping and snow removal.
  • Perform other duties as required to ensure the overall cleanliness and maintenance of our properties.

**Requirements**

  • Knowledge of various cleaning products and their applications.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in software used for cleaning and maintenance tasks.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for travel between sites.
  • Ability to travel between sites as required, with a focus on providing excellent customer service to our residents.
