We're seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Hot Deli Clerk at Your Independent Grocer.

About the Role

As a Hot Deli Clerk, you will play a key role in providing an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. You will be responsible for maintaining a clean and well-stocked deli department, ensuring that products are accurately priced and displayed, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Restock shelves and maintain a clean and organized store environment
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Assist with inventory management and ordering
  • Participate in visual merchandising and display maintenance

What We're Looking For

We're looking for a team player who is able to work independently and as part of a team. You should be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time. Previous experience in a retail or food service environment is an asset.
