  • Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring the store shelves are stocked and responding to customer needs in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain and stock product displays and shelves to meet company standards, ensuring a visually appealing and well-organized store environment.
  • Ensure accurate product scanning and identify inventory needs to assist with ordering and minimize stockouts.
  • Setup and maintain company-directed promotions and programs to drive sales and customer engagement.
  • Ensure department areas are kept clean and tidy, adhering to health and safety standards.

Requirements:

  • A mature team player with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Driven and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment, with a strong ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
  • Resourceful and courteous when resolving customer questions and concerns, with a focus on finding solutions that meet their needs.
  • Motivated to learn new things and take on additional responsibilities to support the growth and success of the store.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Meal preparation experience is an asset, but not required.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of hours, including days, evenings, and weekends, to meet the needs of the store and our customers.
  • Able to move up to 50lbs and maintain constant mobility throughout a shift, with a focus on maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
