We are seeking an experienced Assistant Store Leader to join our team at Max Mara Fashion Group. As a key member of our store management team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, managing store operations, and leading a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities- Business Development: Partner with the Store Manager to develop and implement business strategies that align with the brand's overall objectives.
- Store Operations: Oversee the day-to-day management of the store, including staff management, inventory control, and visual merchandising.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a high-performing team, providing coaching, training, and development opportunities to ensure excellent customer service and sales results.
- Performance Management: Monitor and analyze sales and KPI data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to drive growth.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels, manage stockroom operations, and ensure that inventory is properly received, stored, and shipped.
- Visual Merchandising: Collaborate with the Store Manager to create visually appealing store displays and windows that showcase the brand's products and drive sales.
- Recruitment and Training: Assist the Store Manager with recruiting and training new staff members, ensuring that they are equipped to provide excellent customer service and meet sales targets.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with the store team, colleagues, and the NY office to ensure seamless operations and achieve business objectives.
- Minimum 3-5 years of retail management experience, preferably in luxury or high-end retail.
- Strong business acumen and ability to analyze sales and KPI data.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage conflict and prioritize tasks effectively.
