About the Role

Driven Brands is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and is looking for a challenging and rewarding role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work closely with the Contact Centre Team to implement project initiatives and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure that all customer interactions are handled in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Manage customer information accurately and efficiently using internal data systems.
  • Stay up-to-date with company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and quality service delivery.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bilingualism (English/French) and/or Spanish is an asset.
  • Strong communication skills (reading, writing, speaking, listening).
  • Minimum 2 years of call centre experience.
  • Sales experience is an asset.
  • Excellent computer literacy skills.
  • Good organization and time management skills.
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work well under pressure.
  • Experience in the automotive industry is an asset.

Working Hours

  • Monday-Friday: 7am-7pm.
  • Saturday: 9am-5pm.
  • Sunday: 10am-5pm.
