Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Alberta Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that high-quality food and exceptional customer service are consistently delivered.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise a team of 3-4 staff members to ensure efficient and effective food service operations.
    • Provide guidance and training to staff on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
  • Food Quality and Safety
    • Ensure that food meets quality control standards by implementing effective inventory management and food preparation procedures.
    • Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that food is prepared and presented to a high standard.
  • Customer Service
    • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Ensure that customers receive exceptional service and are satisfied with their dining experience.
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Prepare and submit reports on food service operations, including inventory management and customer feedback.
    • Monitor and control food costs to ensure that they are within budget.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
  • Personal Qualities
    • Flexibility and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Working Conditions

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced food service environment, with regular exposure to food preparation and presentation. The role requires flexibility and the ability to work in a team environment.
