Position Overview

The Housekeeping Manager at Quality Inn & Suites is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the housekeeping department, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for all guests.

Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 to 2 years in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry
Work Environment

This role is situated in a hotel, motel, or resort setting, requiring a proactive approach to managing housekeeping staff and operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and coordinate the activities of housekeeping supervisors and teams.
  • Conduct inspections of assigned areas to ensure cleanliness and adherence to standards.
  • Maintain compliance with safety regulations and departmental policies.
  • Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, equipment, and uniforms.
  • Schedule and assign duties to housekeeping personnel.
  • Ensure compliance with local health and sanitation regulations.
  • Perform infection control audits.
  • Address and resolve guest complaints promptly.
Supervisory Responsibilities

Oversee a team of 3-4 housekeeping staff.

Work Conditions
