Job Title: Executive Housekeeper

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Executive Housekeeper to join our team at Quality Inn & Suites. As a key member of our housekeeping department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort for our guests.

Job Summary:

The Executive Housekeeper will be responsible for planning and coordinating the activities of housekeeping supervisors and crews, ensuring that safety standards and departmental policies are met. You will also be responsible for maintaining inventory of supplies, equipment, and uniforms, and scheduling and assigning duties of housekeeping staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and coordinate activities of housekeeping supervisors and crews
  • Co-ordinate inspection of assigned areas
  • Ensure that safety standards and departmental policies are met
  • Maintain inventory of supplies, equipment, and uniforms
  • Schedule and assign duties of housekeeping staff
  • Ensure that local health and sanitation regulations are carried out
  • Conduct infection control audit
  • Respond to complaints of guests
Requirements:
  • 3-4 years of experience in housekeeping or a related field
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of organization
