Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Housekeeping Manager to join our team at Quality Inn & Suites. As a key member of our housekeeping department, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating the activities of housekeeping supervisors and crews. Your goal will be to ensure that our hotel maintains the highest standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and coordinate the activities of housekeeping supervisors and crews to ensure efficient and effective cleaning of guest rooms and public areas.
  • Conduct regular inspections of assigned areas to ensure compliance with safety standards and departmental policies.
  • Maintain inventory of supplies, equipment, and uniforms to ensure that housekeeping staff have the necessary resources to perform their duties.
  • Schedule and assign duties of housekeeping staff to ensure that all areas of the hotel are cleaned and maintained to a high standard.
  • Respond to guest complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a housekeeping or related role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects.
