Customer Service Representative

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, where you'll have the chance to develop your skills and expertise in customer service, communication, and problem-solving. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for patients and visitors, providing a warm and welcoming experience that sets the tone for their visit.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients and visitors, responding to their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Coordinate patient intake and scheduling, ensuring accurate and efficient processing of patient information.
  • Assist patients with completing paperwork and forms, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Collect payment and process billing, maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely payment.
  • Track coverage for funding streams and ensure approval, maintaining accurate records and communicating with patients and staff as needed.
  • Provide administrative support to the Care Coordinator Manager and Clinic Director, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Qualifications and Competencies
  • High School Diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent.
  • Excellent customer service skills and telephone etiquette.
  • A high degree of organizational and multi-tasking skills in a busy and fast-paced work environment.
  • Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Computer savvy and data entry skills in a physiotherapy clinic setting.
