As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for patients and visitors, providing a warm and welcoming experience that sets the tone for their visit.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to patients and visitors, responding to their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate patient intake and scheduling, ensuring accurate and efficient processing of patient information.
- Assist patients with completing paperwork and forms, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Collect payment and process billing, maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely payment.
- Track coverage for funding streams and ensure approval, maintaining accurate records and communicating with patients and staff as needed.
- Provide administrative support to the Care Coordinator Manager and Clinic Director, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Qualifications and Competencies- High School Diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent.
- Excellent customer service skills and telephone etiquette.

- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Computer savvy and data entry skills in a physiotherapy clinic setting.
