Care Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative at Lifemark Physiotherapy Blackburn & Taylor Kidd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our patients and visitors, ensuring a positive experience from the moment they arrive at our clinic.
Key Responsibilities:- Answer telephone calls and greet patients and visitors upon arrival
- Coordinate scheduling of patient appointments and maintain accurate records
- Collect payment at the time of service and track coverage for all funding streams
- Provide administrative support to the Care Coordinator Manager and Clinic Director
- High School Diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent
- Excellent customer service skills and telephone etiquette
- Organizational and multi-tasking skills in a busy and fast-paced work environment
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills
