Responsibilities

  • Schedule and arrange efficient and accurate diagnosis of reported problems
  • Meet and greet customers in-person or via the phone
  • Experience with CDK
  • Make repair and preventative maintenance recommendations
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their expectations were met or exceeded
  • Maintain documentation, including PO, invoices, work orders, and reports
  • Follow all organizational safety standards
  • Adaptable to work evening and weekend shifts as needed
  • Position involves sitting for long periods of time
  • Involves the use of office equipment and computers for long periods of time

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 1 year experience
  • Experience in the automotive industry preferred
  • Confident approach with customers to understand their needs
  • Attention to detail and a positive attitude
  • CDK experience is preferred
  • Fluent written and oral communication skills in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English is an asset
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional phone handling experience
