Job Description:

Director of Strategic Growth and Innovation

Harbinger Network Inc. is seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Director of Strategic Growth and Innovation to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading our Marketing and Business Development Department, driving growth and innovation across our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and innovation
  • Lead the Marketing and Business Development Department, driving sales and revenue growth
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and trends
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including developers, general contractors, and architectural firms
  • Manage and negotiate construction and service contracts
  • Oversee the development and implementation of sales strategies and tactics
  • Lead and manage a high-performing sales team, providing coaching and training to ensure success

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience leading a sales team in the construction industry
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and innovation
  • Strong knowledge of construction management, budgeting, and design-build processes
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Degree or technical diploma in Engineering or Construction Technology desirable
