Director of Strategic Growth

Horizon Legacy Energy Corp. is seeking a seasoned professional to lead their Marketing & Business Development Department as Director of Strategic Growth. This key role will drive the company's growth through innovative sales and marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute annual marketing plans, conducting market research and establishing targets for market penetration, development, and product/service development.
  • Lead the sales team, providing best practices and training to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Negotiate and manage construction and service contracts, ensuring seamless delivery of alternative concrete solutions through 3D printing.
  • Manage customer relations, fostering strong working relationships with developers, general contractors, and architectural/landscaping firms.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience leading sales teams in construction, with a background in concrete/formwork.
  • Solid working relationships with industry professionals and a business mindset.
  • Project management experience and a degree or technical diploma in Engineering or Construction Technology.
  • Strong knowledge of construction management budgeting and design-build processes.
