Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Image Desk Reviewer to join our operations team. As an Image Desk Reviewer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality, compliance, and accuracy of our estimates based on insurers' repair guidelines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and approve estimates for accuracy and compliance to insurers' repair guidelines.
  • Estimate parts and labor requirements to repair damages to vehicles.
  • Provide feedback and coaching opportunities to locations and operations teams.
  • Communicate with insurers and strategic partners to ensure and improve estimate performance.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 3 years of experience in autobody repair appraisals.
  • Advanced English language proficiency.
  • Advanced French language proficiency (preferred).
  • An Associate's degree or better (preferred).
  • Groupement ass. auto. certification (required).
  • I-CAR certification (preferred).
