Image Desk Reviewer

As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for reviewing and approving estimates for accuracy and compliance to insurers' repair guidelines.

• Review and approve estimates for accuracy and compliance to insurers' repair guidelines.
• Estimate parts and labor requirements to repair damages to vehicles.
• Provide feedback and coaching opportunities to locations and operations teams.
• Communicate with insurers and strategic partners to ensure and improve estimate performance.

• 3+ years of experience in autobody repair appraisals.
• Advanced English language proficiency.
• Groupement ass. auto. certification.
• Preferred: Associate's degree or better, I-CAR certification.
