We are seeking a highly skilled BIM Lead to join our Rail & Transit team at WSP Canada. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing BIM strategies to drive project success.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement BIM Strategies: Develop and implement BIM strategies to ensure project success, aligning with industry standards and WSP's corporate goals.
- Lead Design System Setup: Lead the setup of the design system for the project, including ProjectWise and ACC.
- Develop and Enforce BIM Execution Plan: Develop, maintain, distribute, and enforce the Design BIM Execution Plan to ensure compliance with industry standards and project-specific requirements.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders: Engage with key stakeholders to ensure alignment of BIM strategies with project goals and requirements.
- Provide Training and Mentorship: Provide training and mentorship to team members on BIM standards, tools, and best practices.
- Identify Process Improvements: Identify opportunities for process improvements and drive initiatives to enhance BIM efficiency and effectiveness.
- Education: Degree in Engineering or Architecture considered an asset.
- Experience: 8-10 years of experience in Digital Delivery/BIM required.
- Certifications: ISO19650 or PAS1192:2 accreditation considered an asset.
