About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled BIM Digital Services Lead to join our team at WSP Canada. As a key member of our Digital Delivery team, you will play a critical role in the production and delivery of BIM projects, as well as the development and maintenance of company BIM standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of company BIM standards, including model and graphic standards, drawing presentation, and model quality.
  • Perform model checks to ensure compliance with general and project-specific BIM standards.
  • Act as a lead or subject matter expert to assist the project BIM team at all design stages, from schematic design through to construction.
  • Ensure projects have a defined BIM execution plan and champion fulfillment of the plan throughout the project's lifecycle.
  • Coordinate model setup, drawing packages, model coordination, and other project requirements with project teams.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in BIM project delivery and coordination, with a preference for candidates with experience in a leadership capacity.
  • Technical college diploma or university degree in structural, electrical, mechanical engineering, or architecture.
  • Experience in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks Manage, BIM360, and Autodesk Construction Cloud is required.
  • Experience in the Microsoft suite of tools, including Word, Excel, SharePoint, and Teams, is a must.
