Join Our Team as an Office Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a meticulous and versatile Office Operations Coordinator to become a vital part of our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive support to the Founder and assist in various office, client, and administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Directly assist the Founder with ongoing business and team support.
  • Manage a diverse range of tasks including administrative assistance, calendar oversight, and operational management.
  • Oversee software applications and CRM systems to enhance client relations.
  • Handle contract administration and metric reporting.
  • Provide general office support, including facility management.
  • Assist with staff onboarding and offboarding processes.

Work Environment:

This position requires a commitment to work from our office during standard business hours, Monday through Friday. The ideal candidate will excel in time management and demonstrate the ability to adapt quickly to shifting priorities.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in office administration and operational support within fast-paced or entrepreneurial settings.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Possession of a valid Canadian driver's license.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Administration, Human Resources, or Operations is preferred.
