Job Title: Reservations Supervisor

Join the Sunrise Inn team as a Reservations Supervisor, where you will play a key role in ensuring seamless guest experiences. As a member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for managing reservations, coordinating with staff, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Reservations Management: Manage and coordinate reservations, ensuring accurate and efficient processing.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and train front desk staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Guest Services: Assist guests with special needs, ensuring their stay is comfortable and enjoyable.
  • Operations: Coordinate and assign tasks, maintain equipment, and requisition materials to ensure business continuity.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or equivalent non-university certificate or diploma.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
