Key Responsibilities
  • Business Partnership: Collaborate with senior leaders and business managers to develop and implement HR strategies that align with our business priorities.
  • Labor Relations: Provide guidance and support to managers on labor relations matters, including collective agreements, employee relations, and conflict resolution.
  • Organizational Effectiveness: Partner with client groups to design succession plans, identify training and development gaps, and support career development discussions.
  • HR Programs: Provide direction and guidance on the execution of annual HR programs, including compensation planning, performance management, and talent reviews.
Requirements
  • Education: Post-secondary education in human resources management, labour relations management, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years of professional-level human resource generalist experience, working and collaborating with business leaders in a consultative capacity.
  • Skills: Strong analytical, partnering, communication, and interpersonal skills; ability to influence at all levels; excellent problem-solving skills; and proficiency in Microsoft applications.
