Position Overview: Accounting Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Specialist to join our team at SNIS EXPRESS LOGISTICS LTD.. This role is essential for maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Educational Requirements
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in bookkeeping or accounting is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
  • Calculate and prepare payroll disbursements.
  • Oversee fixed assets management and depreciation schedules.
  • Maintain comprehensive financial records and accounts utilizing bookkeeping software.
  • Ensure general ledgers and financial statements are current and accurate.
  • Post journal entries and generate financial reports.
  • Manage tax filings and perform account reconciliations.
  • Prepare trial balances for financial reviews.
Technical Skills Required
  • Proficiency in Tally ERP.
  • Experience with electronic scheduling tools.
  • Familiarity with the MS Office suite.
  • Knowledge of QuickBooks.
  • Competence in spreadsheet applications.
Work Environment
  • Ability to work autonomously with a keen attention to detail.
  • Experience in a fast-paced setting with strict deadlines.
