Position Title:

Accounting Assistant

Position Overview:

We are in search of a meticulous and organized Accounting Assistant to enhance our finance team. This position involves assisting with a variety of financial and administrative responsibilities to facilitate the efficient functioning of the department. The ideal candidate will possess robust analytical abilities, a solid understanding of accounting standards, and the capacity to thrive in a dynamic setting.

  • Assist the Accounting Supervisor with daily operations
  • Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and additional financial tasks
  • Support reconciliation processes and journal entry preparations
  • Evaluate expenditures and ensure adherence to financial guidelines
  • Work collaboratively with various departments to meet shared objectives

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or a related discipline
  • At least 2 years of experience in accounting
  • Proficient in MS Office and accounting software
  • Exceptional attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
