Job Title: Food Preparer

We are seeking a skilled Food Preparer to join our team at Mui Ngo Gai Vietnam Singapore Cuisine. As a Food Preparer, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking food to the highest standards, ensuring that every dish that leaves our kitchen is of the highest quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook food to order, using a variety of cooking techniques and ingredients.
  • Operate kitchen equipment, including ovens, stoves, and dishwashers.
  • Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to ensure that food is prepared and served efficiently.
  • Receive and store food and supplies, and maintain accurate records of inventory.
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in a kitchen environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods.
Working Conditions:
  • Fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Physically demanding, with frequent lifting and standing.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Personal Suitability:
  • Team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
