Responsibilities
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients
  • Determine customer needs and design solutions that meet their requirements
  • Oversee the implementation and handover process to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Work closely with our management team to ensure sales and design goals are met
  • Stay connected with projects even after the sales portion is secured
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in AV sales or installation
  • 5 years of experience in AV
  • Professional appearance and attitude with superior customer service skills and experience
  • Team player with the ability to work with a team of driven individuals
  • Responsive and able to organize and schedule tasks efficiently
  • Valid Class 5 Driver's License
  • Experience with AV systems required
  • Sales experience beneficial
  • iPhone or Android Smartphone
  • Google Apps (Gmail, Google Calendar)
  • Experience with control and DSP systems beneficial in the design process
  • Ability to travel as required

Requirements: University graduate or equivalent experience with further studies in AV installation, data or voice communications, or drafting. Minimum of 4 years' experience in an electrical and/or communications environment. Understanding of project management practices and customer service obligations. Knowledge of electrical, electronic, communications, and computer products and equipment. Proficiency in oral and written English grammar, punctuation, and spelling. Familiarity with building construction and blueprint reading. Experience with the AV Commercial Integrator Navigate system, specifically for change orders and delay notices feedback to the Project Manager. CTS-I Certification Preferred
