AV Sales Engineer Job Description

We are seeking a skilled AV Sales Engineer to join our team at HireSparks AV Recruiting. As an AV Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for finding new business opportunities, developing relationships with customers, determining their needs, designing solutions, and overseeing the implementation and handover process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the AV industry
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Design and propose AV solutions that meet customer requirements
  • Oversee the implementation and handover process to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Work collaboratively with the sales and design teams to achieve sales targets
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in AV sales or installation
  • 5 years of experience in the AV industry
  • Professional appearance and attitude with superior customer service skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing customer needs and priorities
  • Integrity and honesty in all interactions with customers and colleagues
  • Valid Class 5 driver's license and a reliable vehicle
  • Experience with AV systems and control and DSP systems
  • Sales experience and Google Apps proficiency
