Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Guest Experience Specialist to join our team at the Yorkville Royal Sonesta Hotel. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that every guest interaction is positive and memorable. You will play a vital role in creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to all guests, addressing their needs promptly and efficiently.
  • Handle guest inquiries and requests with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Process check-in and check-out procedures smoothly and accurately.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Collaborate effectively with other team members to ensure seamless operations.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in the hospitality industry is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A positive and customer-focused attitude.
