Guest Experience Specialist

About the Role:
Cashiers play a vital role in delivering exceptional guest service as they take orders, process payments, and assist with prizes and other guest needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide top-notch customer service to guests of all ages
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently
- Assist guests with prize redemption and other needs
- Work effectively as part of a team to ensure a seamless guest experience
Requirements:
- Be at least 15 years of age
- Available to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Energetic and enthusiastic personality
Work Environment:
- Must be able to lift or carry objects weighing 0-50 pounds during scheduled shift
- Must be able to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull, walk, and squat during scheduled shift
- Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with flashing and flickering lights, moving mechanical parts, and loud noises
